From Our Warehouse to Your Bedroom

Every Strovana order is handled with the same care that goes into the products themselves. Clear timelines, honest tracking, and a team that answers when you reach out. That is the entire promise.

Orders placed before 2pm ET on a business day are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.

Inside that window, every set is:
- Inspected for stitching integrity and tufting consistency
- Folded and packaged in protective dust-resistant packaging
- Labeled and handed to the carrier the same or next business day

We do not batch orders or hold them for weekly pickups. Your set leaves our warehouse as soon as it clears inspection.

- Free standard shipping on every order, no minimum
- Carriers: UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on your location
- Arrival window: 3 to 5 business days after dispatch
- Express 2 day shipping available at checkout

🌎 International Orders
- Available to most countries worldwide
- Arrival window: 7 to 14 business days after dispatch
- Duties and import taxes calculated at checkout where possible

Note: severe weather, peak holiday volumes, and customs delays can push delivery beyond standard windows. We monitor every shipment and reach out proactively if anything stalls.

A confirmation email lands in your inbox the moment your order is placed. A second email with live tracking goes out the instant the carrier scans your package.

Tracking updates refresh every few hours and stay live until the package is in your hands. You can also pull up real-time status anytime by visiting our Track Your Order page.

✏️ Changes and Cancellations

Need to update a shipping address, swap a color, or cancel entirely? Reach out within 12 hours of placing the order and we will do everything possible to catch it before it ships.

- Cancellation requests: email support with subject line "Cancel Order #[your order number]"
- Address corrections: reply directly to your order confirmation email
- Color or size swaps before dispatch: contact support immediately

Once the package leaves our warehouse, we can no longer modify it from our end. At that point the 30 night home trial covers any post-delivery changes.

πŸšͺ Failed Deliveries

Carriers attempt delivery up to three times before returning a package to us. If a delivery fails because of an incorrect address or no one available to receive it:

- We hold the returned package and email you within 24 hours of receipt
- A reshipment is arranged once you confirm the correct address
- A small reshipping fee may apply if the original address was incorrect

To avoid the headache entirely, double check your shipping address at checkout and consider shipping to a workplace or trusted neighbor if your home delivery situation is unpredictable.

πŸ’« Damaged or Wrong Items

It happens rarely, but if your Product arrives damaged in transit or you received the wrong color or size, we fix it fast.

Send us an email within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- 2 to 3 clear photos showing the damage or the wrong item
- A short description of what happened

A replacement ships within 2 business days of verification at zero cost to you. No return required for damaged items, you keep the original.
